with halloween coming around the corner, DANCING ON THE EDGE is scrambling to get their performance refined and what not. during break one day, Chihiro decides to scroll online a bit and finds hate posts directed toward him and his unit. he becomes obsessed with trying to chase their attention and get praise, unable to get rest as he pushes himself to rehearse their setlist singing and dancing.

it gets to the point where he begins to hallucinate, the world of the mortal and youkai blurring together. he hears voices that tell him he is good enough and the voices criticize him throughout the week he rehearses. it gets to the point where he can't hear anyone else.

Mako eventually gets to him by texting, doing everything in her power to convince him to rest and ignore hate comments (because she's a baddie). I didn' t exactly remember what else but uhhhhh yeah chihiro trauma and suffering from trying to be good enough for everybody and mako telling him he doesn't have to please everyone
