Things have gotten VERY chaotic for me irl & I've been in the process of trying to move into my own place, adjusting to a new work schedule, and dealing with the people at my bank being dumb & flagging a purchase I make every week as suspicious.

Chai couldn't help but snicker as the other complained about losing. Meanwhile, he was rhythmically mashing buttons & flicking joysticks to a beat that only he could hear, only slipping up slightly as the bluenette leaned up against him.

《🎸》 ⯮ It was official, sneaking out of the hideout to go see his first concert was the best decision Chai had ever made. He'd been hearing about Gorillaz for a while & wanted to see them live, and man, was it worth it. There was something about seeing a band preform live that just hit differently than watching it on a screen; something about hearing the music from the venue that just resonates with you.

He just had to see if he could catch up with the vocalist to get an autograph or something. After the show ended, Chai immediately flagged down 2D, nearly tripping over his own feet before regaining his balance & holding out his left hand for a fist bump.

Chai couldn't believe what he was hearing. Knowing that creatures from horror movies actually existed off of the island both scared & intrigued him.
