hi everyone! so sorry for a lack of updates for... a long time now. i've taken a lot of long breaks from tumblr. however, i've taken note of all the people saying they're having a 'file not found' issue on my templates. i did contact someone at carrd support who looked into it — can anyone who's been having the issue let me know, either through replies here, inbox, or im, if they're still having problems? and if so, which template?

#hoping they were able to fix the problem but i want to double check to be sure!

Hi! i really love your carrds. But wanted to let you know that similarly to someone else's ask, when I try to use them It says, "file not found". I tried this with both Marble Kiss and Royal. I have pro standard and other templates work so I'm not sure what's causing the error ❤️

hello! i'm so sorry you're having issues — i'm completely stumped as to why this error is popping up! i even tried replicating it on a second carrd account and the error didn't show up for me. i have contacted carrd support to see if something is wrong on my end that i can fix, but until i hear back, i can try adding you to the shared users manually. you can just im me the email you use on your carrd account and i'll get to it right away.

if that doesn't work, you may have to contact carrd support on your end and see if they can get it working for you!

hi! i purchased your carrd template chant, but when i go to make a new site with it, it says "file not found." Is that a carrd error or was the site removed?

hello! that's strange, the template is still available and i don't think it would've let you purchase it otherwise. it looks to be working fine on my end when i try using it as a template. do you have at least a pro lite plan on carrd? i think it would give you a different error if that were the case, but it's worth checking to see if maybe your plan lapsed! if that isn't the issue, then you could send me the email you use for your carrd via im, and i can add you onto the shared users.

if both those possibilities fail, you may have to get in contact with carrd support!

hi there! i'm doing well and hope you are, too! i apologize for the late reply, but if you're still interested in that template, i do have a hack for using pro carrd templates on basic accounts w/o sacrificing any of the design! if you shoot me an IM with your email address you use for carrd, i can split the carrd into three pages to send to you (do note that this will require all of your basic account slots), & you'd really only need to change the navigation to link between them so it'll still function like a carrd that only takes up one slot.

hi lovely. firstly - thank you for the free resources you make for people like me who don’t know how. secondly, I am in love with your prime time page design and I was thinking of using it while trying out carrd but I’ve realised it’s not listed for that. forgive me if this is a stupid question but where would I be best trying to use this? 😊 xx

hello!! so sorry for the late reply. and don't worry, it's not a stupid question at all! the prime time page was actually coded to be used as a custom page on your blog right here on tumblr, which i think isn't very common these days. you'll have to create a new page in your theme editor, and copy/paste the css there.

that said, i have been thinking about converting the page to carrd and/or google slides as they're both more accessible options. but doing the conversion may take me a bit!

update (finally!) : i know it's been ages since i've been here, but i'm happy to announce that commissions have now been re-opened ! slots are a bit more limited now as i'm working more hours, as well as being in the process of moving, but i really miss creating & would love to get back to it. ♥ i've even added google docs / slides to the commission menu, & they'll all be a flat rate of $15 for now as i gain more experience with them. do be aware that i changed my process a bit, so refer to the form in my carrd to ensure everything goes smoothly.

i also have some templates & maybe some psds planned, so look out for those !

on a secondary note, my three oldest carrd templates are now free. i apologize for not really being around to answer im's to give access, but you can now obtain them by inputting $0 for the amount on carrd. you can still enter an amount to leave a tip if you'd like, but it's not at all necessary. i'll be following suit with my most recent template, chant, soon as well, though for now i will be around to send a free version if you request it.

hello!! it actually isn't possible to use diff fonts in the same text element on carrd, even with a pro account. the example you mentioned here is actually just the 'code' stylization that you achieve with markdown (the same way you would bolds, italics, etc). anything done in code text has that default, monospace font as well as the rounded corner background. you can do it by using the character around your desired text! ex: `exclusive`.

a sunny, yellow psd. makes yellows bright & vibrant, turns reds orangey / brown. includes a layer to make blues / cyans into yellow. includes a couple of adjustment layers on top in case your image comes out too bright or the yellow starts pulling kinda green. poc friendly, but as always, make adjustments if you need to. the 'adjust yellows' layer at the top should help avoid yellow-washing, but please use good judgement.

a light, neutral psd. makes reds pop and turns yellows cool toned and kinda pinky. layers are all labeled with their purpose to make adjustments easier. has a couple of adjustment layers in case your image is darker or has a lot of red to start.
