bouncing off of @an-ruraiocht’s Iliad/Odyssey/Aeneid poll I’m curious about some other ancient Greek and Roman texts

Iliad bc I do/have done Iliad things. i don't know all of it well but i know some parts of it pretty damn well. same for the odyssey except i know fewer i love homer and i have been feeling mad about it this weekend also some euripides is up there (Bacchae, Helen, Heracles), and Agamemnon which is Aeschylus (impossibly hard, but really cool) also the aeneid (which is good shit actually vergil knows what he's talking about) (georgics 4 also, and the eclogues)

Reality is not infinitely fluid; if it were, the world would be a very different place than it is. Magic does have parameters.“”

Say you break your ankle. You could know everything there is to know intellectually about the injury. Even with this vast knowledge, you will still experience physical pain.
