Please always be sure to check when you are getting ANY herb etc to smudge with or use that you check to ensure they are being sustainably resourced. As some herbs mentioned have become endangered. Let's make sure to not add more to the list and try to do our part in making sure the ones that are will be replanted to ensure the species. (This could be hard to trust all sources online, so look into possibly growing your own)

Succulents promote harmony, peace, and happiness in the home. They are good for most rituals or spells dealing with hearth and home. They’re also a symbol of perseverance and survival. Succulents also make a nice addition to spells relating to personal growth. 

I personally like to use succulents in abundance rituals. Just know, they offer more subtle results than some other plants or herbs. Succulents are constant and sturdy. In terms of elemental correspondence, it’s really up to the variety (and your own preference).
