shi/hir is exclusive to BODILY intersex people: you cannot and shouldn't use it if you're bodily perisex, because of the history of the pronouns. (there are some alternatives though, such as: sie/hir, se/hir, shy/hyr, ze/hir, etc.)
you cannot transition to be intersex, as being intersex is either something you're born with (ex: turner syndrome, klinefelter syndrome), or something that develops later in life (ex: NCAH and PCOS). if you think you can transition to be intersex, you are being intersexist.
