This is the world that would be if the internet was matter instead of data. The megacorporations rule in their own little realms. The Administration keeps the rest of society intact. Below them are the average folk, everymen, who go about their business and try to make it in the world. Below them are the flotsam, the scum of society, the people who trawl the dark underbelly of life. The world is made of a thousand different factions and clades, all jostling together whether in conflict or coexistance.
