i literally don’t feel like a real ana. i don’t necessarily need control but the feeling of losing weight is so addicting. i restrict pretty heavily, but not enough, and i don’t punish myself (other than mentally screaming at myself) if i go a tiny bit over. i don’t look like an ana for sure, i am way too fat. i don’t enjoy feeling hungry and usually try to combat it with extremely small low calorie snacks. i wish i could enjoy the feeling of starving. i think i should just force myself to be hungry and try to convince myself it is better than being full. i just want someone to notice i’m losing weight because that would be so much more rewarding than eating. i guess i just have to restrict more so people notice quicker. i feel like shit. thanks for coming to my constant struggle of if i even have an ed or not, this is my never ending ted talk.
i’m on vacation with my family, they eat so much and make me basically match what they eat. i fucking hate it i hate it. i fucking can’t deal with this shit. they make me eat breakfast even though i don’t like breakfast, they make me eat food i don’t like, they make me feel bad for eating and for not eating. i just wanna go home.
WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT FASTING
For gum chewers: Nobody tells you that you will expel a storm of wind out of nowhere or whenever you drink water.
Nobody tells you that your legs will feel like literal jello if you go past 24hrs.
Nobody tells you that after a certain point you’ll have a constant headache.
Nobody tells you that your stomach will growl loud enough for a whole room of people to hear.
Nobody tells you about the pain in your ribs.
Nobody tells you that you’re going to feel like you’re going vomit the lack of anything in your stomach.
But what we do tell you, is that you’ll get used to it.
What I have learned from Intermittent/Extended fasting groups
Pink Salt helps headaches and fatigue.
magnesium helps the chest and stomach pains
And potassium helps the dizziness and heart palpitations
If you constantly crave sweets you are potassium deficient.
A B-Complex vitamin is a life saver if you have a busier life style.
One a day- vitamins can help reduce hair loss and brittle nails.
Your body can only absorb about 1 cup of water every 15 minutes. If you constantly chug water you are just going to pee a lot and flush out lingering vitamins that can help keep you healthier longer. Plus you can still end up dehydrated because you will fill your stomach and ultimately absorb less water than if you just drink it casually throughout the day.
If you do strict water fasts, after about 30 hours your body enters “atophagy” which (long term) will help with loose skin and cellulite. It taps out around 60 hours though so doing 2-3 60 hour fasts a week will get you optimum results. Make sure to eat high fat, high protein/ low carb during the re-feed or you will regain what ever you lost. Gum, diet drinks, sugar, artificial sweetener and the like will stop atophagy. Water, bone broth, herbal/green tea and black coffee are the only safe things to consume during an atophagy fast.
Walking and short (10-20 minute) Hiit sessions during a fast is more effective for fat loss than long hard workouts.
Leafy greens (espically spinach, arugula, mustard greens and kale) are very high in calcium, iron, and fiber so eat a tonne especially if you are bulimic.
I have lost 120lbs with the help of my IF/EF groups on Facebook. I have learned so much from these people and my doctor is very pleased with my progress. I started out as dangerously obese and now I’m almost a healthy weight in only 2 years. I have spent countless hours researching nutrition and though I struggle with bulimia (deptression, anxiety and BED paired with obsessive tendencies mixed with diet addiction has lead me down a bad path) I have not had many health issues associated with the disease. I do have extremely sensitive teeth and I’m addicted to laxatives but I dont have thinning hair, skin problems, intestinal issues,brittle nails, my bone density is good and my muscle ratio is healthy.
I know we are all sick but if you can make smart choices you’ll be thin before you’ll be dead. I hope people see this and can at least supplement their bodies as you become your desired aestetic/weight.

This one’s simple and super sweet. I like it in the morning or late at night, I’ve never had a peach pie but if they taste half as good as this than I’ve been missing out.
One peach (roughly 100g)
Two tablespoons quickoats
Four tablespoons nutmilk
Four tablespoons water
One pack sweetener (Alternatively one teaspoon sugar adds 16cal, bringing our total to 99cals)
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon.
Stir it all and cook one of two ways:
Microwave for three minutes, allow to cool.
After mircowaving bake at 350 for about 10 minutes (in oven safe dish) to crisp up the top.
Enjoy, it’s worth it.

Before Bed
✨I do this before bed every night and just after a week I’ve started to notice a difference✨
~50 crunches
~50 leg lifts laying on side both legs
~100 punches (laying on back punching into the air) alternating arms
~100 bicycles (laying on back) alternating legs
~50 lifting legs laying on back both legs at the same time
~Lifting legs as low as possible, keeping ankles together, writing out the alphabet X2
~50 more crunches
jump to burn
jumping is a really easy way to burn calories, trust me, I burnt 1500 kcal a day once (3000 kcal in total; IN A DAY).
8 min (1040 jumps): 100 kcal
15 min (1950 jumps): 186 kcal
30 min (3900 jumps): 372 kcal
41 min (5330 jumps): 500 kcal
60 min (7800 jump)s: 743 kcal
81 min (10530) jumps): 1004 kcal
It´s easy, you just have to jump as if you were jumping rope. Just go a few centimeters of the ground. I do 1000 a time a few times a day. It works!
P.S.: note this is for a 60 kg person. If you weigh less, you´ll burn less, if you weigh more, you´ll burn more.
P.S.2: I jump about 130 times per minute. If you want more accurate results calculate how many jumps you do in a minute.
