whenever they decide it's time, they come over to your place (that they pay for). they have you get comfortable while they put on their gloves and prepare the artificial insemination device. they stick it inside you and coldly fill you with semen. you don't know whose; they always reassure you that they chose carefully, but never give details beyond that. and then they leave. they make you take pregnancy tests twice a week after that until one comes back positive (and send them a picture). if it didn't stick, they come back and fill you again.

sometimes they seemingly change their mind and have you get an abortion. other times, they have you carry to term. sometimes they give you mysterious pills that speed up the pregnancy. other times, they let it draw out the whole 9 months. they always schedule your prenatal appointments for you, and they tell you what your birth is going to be like. sometimes they let you give birth at a hospital. sometimes it's at home, with midwives. sometimes it's one on one with them. but it's never medicated. you always feel all of the pain. they always give you an extra big allowance the week after in order to "make up for it". they always take the baby away; they reassure you that they had already planned the adoption and the baby is going straight to its new parents.

they let you have sex with whoever you want, whenever you want. but you mustn't let any of those people get you pregnant. they make sure your place is always fully stocked with plan B and pregnancy tests. they make you give them updates on your period so that they can track your cycle. they decide whether you're on birth control or not. when you ARE pregnant, they make you send them updates and pictures every day. they can be sexy pictures or not; it's up to you. but you have to show them your progress.

I have felt left out from the transgender community at times due to my ties with my culture, the advice white transgender men give does not apply to me as passing differs in cultures. The name I chose for myself is cultural, still stemming from the same culture as my deadname. I will not let go of a very dear part of myself to conform to a limited idea of what is a man, I am my blood before I am my gender.
