Client approached me with creating an identity that houses different services . Services such as ; - Safety Consultancy & Performance improvement - Traffic management ( Road / Air / Water / Rail ) - Supply - Logistics Preferred colors were - Blue , Red and an accent of yellow. . . 3 samples were drafted and sent across to the client . . Hi everyone, So a friend of mine approached me with her idea of wanting to make an impact and creating an astounding “forum” . She wanted “A forum that housed Designers, photographers, videographers, model, fashion designers, youtubers, bloggers, artistes, makeup artist, artists,etc. . Her keyword was “Creatives in general”. . As usual, her brief led to a series of discussions and reviews as to what her brand logo should look like. . . 1. COLORFUL - Her target market were youths and creatives in general and thus subjecting the logo to just one color will certainly be a biased judgement. . 2. EDGY - Her ideology, concept and network of creatives are avant-garde, trendy and dynamic. . 3. LETTERMARK - Her brandmark needed to be recognizable and easily decipherable without much cognitive load. . . All these summed up with additions and subtractions led to a this final piece. . . . Well , if for example your logo is such that when scaled down it doesn’t fit properly on your Social media DP icon, etc then use a sub mark .. Sub marks should never replace a Logo’s primary mark. Sub marks can also be used as watermarks. . . . .
