Rei smiled brightly again and grabbed two cinnamon rolls, bounding off to shove them in the oven. Alright, the guy was definitely not human. Too weird for that. The oven beeped, making her jump like it always did. Damned old thing. Evil, rude, loud, old thing. She scowled at it as she grabbed the food from inside, slamming to door and showing just how much it didn’t mean to her. She bagged up the buns, sliding them across the counter. “Another two bucks, mister… What did you say your name was?” she asked with a tilt of her head.
She laughed softly, looking at the man. “Well, I ain’t too fond of the chill. Not really my thing, y’know? I like things warm and toasty and smelling good. That might be a most folks thing, actually.” She shrugged and turned to clean off a counter.
Jasper watched her jump at the oven beep and he gave a small laugh, shaking his had and taking another drink of his coffee. He took out two more dollars, handed them to her, and took his cinnamon buns. The white haired male raised an eyebrow, "I didn't say, but if you must know it's Elwyth. Jasper Elwyth."
"Honestly, it wouldn't kill them to put a space heater or two down there, though I can understand why they don't heat the whole place up, it would just be awful." He took a bit of the bun and smiled. "This is delicious, I might just come here every break time I have."
