It's finally feeling like summer here in Vancouver, it's getting nice and warm, and I am looking forward to having lots of new fresh meal ideas introduced back to my life. It's time I sub my heavier lunch for a nice toast with nut butters and berries on top or one of those refreshing smoothie bowls.It was time for me to pick some nut butters and I wanted to shop local. 

That's when I came across Munch Life and I started scrolling through their Instagram feed.. I kept scrolling and scrolling, until I realized I am drooling all over my phone screen. It was clear, I needed to try their nut butters.

Munch Life is run by Courtney and Scott in Abbotsford, BC. They are focused on healthy living and a simple way of life.All their butters are made with 100% natural ingredients, they are Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, and has no refined sugars. 

I was excited to try out the Rodan + Fields Active Hydration Serum,  as my skin got a little drier recently due to spending a lot of time indoors with air-conditioning. Therefore I decided I needed to incorporate HA-laced products into my daily skin-care routine asap.

I've went through quite so much recently, a bad break up that shook me to my very foundations, I felt lost and I started question my confidence and my faith in love itself. I   stayed busy so I wouldn't think about everything that was happening to me. I didn't stop and listen to my heart I just kept pushing on. I struggled to find my way back to believing in myself, gaining back my self-esteem. I honestly wish I would have found "Ms. Bitch" earlier in my life when I most needed it. But I was more than happy to be reading it now.

@downdogapp has been helping me continue to enjoy yoga everyday during quarantine. You can modify what kind of class you would like to have according to your personal preferences. I love that you can control details like the pace, the time you will spend standing or laying down on your mat, the sound of voice and music even!⁣ ⁣ It's free until the end of April, it's really worth trying.
