Ā That all totally makes sense. Ā Tbh, I donāt see Viv asking about Fiona at all, really, unless itās something specific like, āWhere did she put the key to the silver chestā or something v practical like that hahaha but that being said, I donāt think it bothers her at all that he was married before or anything like that. Ā I mean, this isnāt exactly a love match: sheās not jealous and itās not at all scandalous (heheheh I mean other than the part where he had her murderedā¦) so Viv doesnāt care.
That def makes sense and tbh the only cheating Viv might ever do is the emotional sort but tbh sheās not a sentimental person, anyway, so idek that that would go on and sheās def not planning on that ever happening hahaha Ā But anyway Viv would NEVER do ANYTHING that might cause a scandal, yknow? I imagined them in such an apartment as well but then I donāt remember what but I was like, āWait, so are they staying with him?ā hahahah tbh Iām cool w whatever. Ā I do think the Bassfords def have a place in London as well but yeah esp w Emās ballet career, I can see them having a few flats here and there and the expensive part of town would probs suit them. I do think that his first marriage was very much the same sort of arrangement. I def think that he had a lot of respect for her and he cared about her on some level, but I think that Viv would probably also know (or at least suspect) that the kind of relationship that they have is sort of what he had with his first wife and not that there would be any jealousy there even if he had loved her, I do think that she probably knows what it was like, etc. etc.Ā

oKAY so how about Emma and Viv live together at this point??? And then obviously Viv will go live with Elias after the wedding and idk what Emma will do. I think sheāll try (and possibly fail) to find her own place but she does NOT wanna live in that big apartment by herself and she def does not want to live with Elias but I can see Elias being OKay with that if only b/c he can keep a closer eye on her.Ā
EVEN EMS ISNāT A MECHANIC WITH A BASTARD AHAHAHAHH omggg tbh I think that Elias thinks that Emma is actually worse (i mean he is biased) but a) jack is totally invaluable to his operation -- s/o to all the people heās kidnapped!!! b) heās wayyyy quieter than emma and tbh heās probably a lot easier to hide jackās mistakes than emmaās (even if jackās are probably worse) and while Jack wouldnāt deny the existence of his illegitimate daughter, he probably doesnāt broadcast it since he really doesnāt talk much??? And then thereās Emma who just says whatever the hell she wants and Elias is like NO. I think you asked me sometime what elias would do about the Emma situation and tbh I donāt think heād say much at this point (altho I think Viv would know with a look that he doesnāt approve of Emmaās behavior). I can see him making a comment to her if Emma says something especially forward but I think heād wait until they are actually married to really voice his concerns about it. idk I think like he feels heād have more control over the situation once Viv is his wife? Like I think that he can tell that Emma is important to her (altho heās not sure why??) and might even potentially be a deal breaker if thereās too much tension there. i MEAN, even once they are married Iām not sure heād be aggressive about it or anything, he might just be a little more vocal?? Ultimately, I think he would like to see her married well to a man who would be able to control her (enter matchmaker elias tbh) OR if that fails, that sheād move b/c of her job but either way he doesnāt want her ruining his dinner parties.Ā
