Ingredients: 3 preboiled and grated potatoes 100 grams, blanched and grinded spinach 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp coriandr powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional) 3 tbsp gram/garbanzo flour (You can also consider, preboiled chickpeas can or eggs) 1/2 cup bread crumbs Salt as per taste Mix well and prepare mixture Paneer (cottage cheese)
