its been a while

thankfully now that im free for 4 months from uni and still searching for a j*b (the job markets awful) I will have more time to draw

As funny as Bond and Patterson's horror at the idea of William being treated as a religious figure (as well as presumably other members of the Morifam) (and it's very funny) by the masses is, it's so good.

For the very reason of...look what you've done. Look at all of part one. What is wrong with you people.

Because they haven't really gotten over that. At least quite a few of them haven't. Fred notably, despite generally being on Sherlock's side of things in many ways, is not yet willing or capable of treating or viewing William as a human.

But he has to. If he wants to see Sherlock's William, he has to.

And it's good that they're seeing how wrong that is going to go. It's good that because William has been exposed (well...sort of), they're going to see how wrong that goes on a mass level.

Bond/Patterson/the rest of the Morifam has gotten on board with, "What we did was wrong." And now they're about to have to deal with the consequences of what they did in a very intense way.

And one of the things they did wrong was not treating William like just some guy. And they haven't crawled out of that hole just yet.
