So here's a list of things that our Leo got to experience that future Leo didn't:

Our Leo got to make up for freeing the Kraang in the first place. Future Leo never made up for his mistake.

Our Leo got to see Casey try pizza for the first time. Future Leo didn't.

Our Leo got to see Raph try to break his Pizza Stacking record. Future Leo probably never had a chance to play that game with his brothers again.

Future Leo never got to experience these hugs:

Raph got captured because Leo went back for the key which delayed the invasion.

I hate how the best timeline is the one where Leo feels guilty.

this scene gets me because you can tell leo's actually considering what raph is saying at first, but the moment it gets too dark he immediately turns into this smug little jokester

he does this throughout the series-he literally admits it in the first ep-but never to deflect this serious of a situation
