I was back at the Parentals' house a couple weekends ago and in keeping with the tradition of raiding their fridge, freezers -- yes, plural -- and pantry whenever I visit, I scored some SPAM to take back home with me.

The roommate pan seared some steaks and steamed veggies last night. I fried two eggs and draped them over the leftovers for lunch today. One yolk into my meal, a coworker asks me if I want her fries. I thought, "Does a bear $h*t in the woods Does Al Roker $h*t his pants in the White House? Hell yes I want some fries!" On top goes the remaining yolk.

Funny how hastily throwing stuff together without a care in the world last night makes for an awesome breakfast the next morning. I (sloppily) present sautéed shrimp, scrambled eggs, avocado, and salsa.
