I finally pulled the trigger on one of my dream guitars and bought a @taylorguitars 714ce. It just arrived but the moment I played my first chord, I fell in love with it! It seriously sounds and feels incredible! I took few quick pics of my own and mixed with them with the ones that @sweetwatersound sent me for now. I can’t believe that I have to write this today but my best friend in animal form passed away completely unexpectedly last night. I didn’t see it coming and it’s tearing me apart. Dorian was the absolute sweetest cat ever. He just wanted to be close to me since the day we met. We instantly clicked when I sat on the floor with him at the adoption place and he was rubbing all around me to the point that the staff were talking to us about how he hasn’t had that reaction with anyone in his time there. As time went on I definitely believed that. We developed a strong bond. He was my boy and just such a kind sweetheart. I find myself today struggling not only to get out of bed but to find a way to put this into perspective. There was no reason for the time we had together to be this short but I know you’re big brother Jack was waiting for you to arrive. I’m sure he missed you as much as we miss him. My heart hurts but I know you’ll enjoy chasing birds and sun bathing in a new spot. I look forward to when our paths cross again someday and you can cuddle up in my lap for old times sake.
