-opens her mouth then closes it, looking a lil annoyed- You are… impossible. If I didn’t like Honora so much, I’d be giving you much more trouble for all of this. -crosses her arms, watching him puttin around- What are the two of you going to get up to all weekend?

Who am I meant to ask to watch Thomas now? Lisa and Howard? She’ll lord it over my head for ages if I ask her so last minute.

-swallows bc God this is awful!!! and half of her like UH yeah im on honora’s side but the other half makin her hesitate and eventually reply- You have to do what you feel is right. -flinches when he mentions their parents bc has def avoided the topic- Don’t — -cuts herself off, taking a breath, and continues quietly- I know, Edgar. It just seems…  -shaking her head, looking down at her hands- It seems so impossible. The McKinnons are always so well-prepared — and more than capable of holding their own. It doesn’t seem real. -clenches her jaw, flinching a bit again but this time ~imperceptibly when edgar says “he was my mate” :( and swallows while wiping hastily at her eyes- Do you know the bastards that did it?

-briefly covers her mouth with her hand, eyes filling because omg the bab :((((-Oh God, Edgar — Edgar, I’m so sorry. -grabs for his hand, blinking rapidly to stop the tears from falling bc this is Legit Awful omg- How did this happen?

-follows him toward the sofa and places a hand on his shoulder when he sits, blinking at his words before quickly sitting on the sofa beside him, quiet for a moment- Oh my God. Did they… -takes a shaky breath, letting her hand drop to his elbow, voice cracking- All of them?
