My headcanon for Poe is that he could just dangle a book off a ledge so that when victims solve the mystery they just fall to their deaths but he has too much pride to take the easy way out.

He’s very insecure about his eyes/face. So when Ranpo gave him his disguise he included the sunglasses to make him feel more confident. Edgar was reluctant at first until Ranpo told him they were ‘magic’. Ed didn’t believe it until Ranpo told the story of how he gained his ability. Now he wears them out in public to help feel more confident

that is such a cute hc ( especially the part where ranpo talks about his ability .. ) and i can totally see that happening ,,, he does seem a bit more confident or enthusiastic (?) in the scene where his & ranpo's identities are revealed , so i can totally see where you're coming from !!
𓉸⠀..⠀ngl i've been thinking about deleting this blog cause i've been quite inactive & also haven't received any bsd hcs. at all. ( which is this blog's main point ). i might use this as a dumping ground for bsd fanart & stuff but ,,, i don't know. that seems pointless. i'm not sure yet.
