Welp. Fell past my goal weight this morning. Time to adjust LoseIt to maintenance levels. This is the part of weight loss/tracking you don't hear so much about: finessing your caloric input/output to MAINTAIN your desired weight once you get there. I'll keep you posted. BY THE POWER OF BEANS!!! Whipped up a quick chili thing with ground beef, pinto beans, tomato, stock and cabbage. As a cup of nonfat kefir and a dash of nonfat Greek yogurt and I'm within striking distance of my goal nutrient profile—and I haven't even eaten dinner yet!
This is what eating a turtle (the candy, not the animal) does to your nutrient profile. But I finished a novel today, so I chose to celebrate! And it was soooo good! Now watch me bring it back in line with lunch and dinner. By the power of lean mean, vegetables and beans! Mwahahaha!

<p>Put together a soup! Pressure-cooked beans, rye and chuck roast, baked squash, pressure-cooked beets, boiled veg in chicken stock, seasoned with rosemary.</p> <p>Good example of the kind of food I like to cook. Could have been higher in protein but that is easily augmented with yogurt to taste.

Lost a pound and a half in water from yesterday. You might not think it'd make a difference to the chin-ups, but it do.

Uncle dropped by with some strange fishy bread ball things, so I did my best to estimate. Rest is weighed/measured from my own foods/recipes. Milk is actually kefir.
