it's a lot.

you know what else was a lot? the cost of my school's gym membership here. but actually i'm so over it because they offer AMAZING classes and i've already gotten my money's worth in just two weeks so.

but seriously, afrobics, boxercise, zumba, cycling—it might be what I miss most when I go back home T B H.

anyway today's the first wednesday i've had a chance to weigh in (my friend bought a scale WOO), but it's kind of wonky and in kg so i hope it's on a similar track as the scale i was using at home at least!

and eating is kind of great because i have so much control, but also $$$ and also zZZ (trying rly hard not to get lazy about my nutrients) (also to not be eating chocolate CONSTANTLY)

i think i'm doing okay though. five gym classes a week. attempted moderation and diversity in diet. mental health game?! UNCLEAR BUT WORKIN' ON IT
