my iron is low because i set it higher than the RDI , but i did hit the RDI! I hit every mineral/vitamin today!!
-Strawberry banana smoothie with wildblueberries on top (with brazil nut, chia seeds and spirulina for fun)
- Dahl Tadka with Brown Rice
- Homemade Lentil Burgers in a whole wheat wrap with pesto!
- soy milk and almond milk and lots of water
~61 G Fiber
~1:3 Ratio Omegas!
Wish my calories were a bit higher but i’m really not that hungry
