It sort of⌠stings? You know? Like you know that itâs not the right way your supposed to be. And your skin tingles and your heads fuzzy, and your hands tense up because god if you could just rip these things off you, you would. You walk around in almost a daze of self hatred and crippling anger. This is not who you were meant to be and the fact that your just trapped like this is terrible. Youâll put on your binder, and youâll calm down some, but not enough. Your chest is on fire, itâs burning, and you just want it all gone. Yes itâs now flatter, but is it flat enough? Will your hips, your voice, still seem to make you feminine? And you start thinking, terrible, terrible thinking. What if you never get through this? What if youâre always trapped being perceived as a girl? Lady, miss, girly, and more. Everything you hate to be called. Youâre shaking and crying and god why wonât it stop? Why wonât it stop? Why, why, why?
And eventually, you get through it. And eventually, youâll get to be the way you want- you need- to be. But right now, it hurts. Right now, itâs holding you back, gripping you so hard it could leave bruises. Right now, you are a boy trapped in the body of a girl and you want it to just end.
