Wish I knew

Too often do I wonder if there is a place here on earth that would take away my pain.

If I lived between sand dunes and soaked myself in sunlight, would the dull ache go away?

What if I lived surrounded by dense woods, parrot calls and heavy rain?

If I lived high up, with snowy peaks, would it take away disdain?

If I lived around skycrapers, beauty and fast pace, would I never cry again?

She'd do anything to get rid of whatever's under her skin that's killing her.

Its spilling,

Through every inch of her skin like its trying to get out yet still doesn't feel fulfilling.

No matter how much plush toy polyester she tries forcing inside her digestive system,

All she's faced with is disjointed internal resistance, never enough filling to hold together the rest of her.

Her blood congested with sugar has now the texture of honey,

Slowly but surely escaping her body, her happy remedy, steadily running.

With skin rotten sweet and heart strings of wool, stuffed like a teddy bear, never filling yet uncomfortably full.

She's misery and delight with her stitches skillfully sewn,

She tastes like true happiness, last of her breaths soaked in the sunlight of dawn,

And she fades beyond the sky so blissfully moving on,
