Nick: After growing up with the guy, I can't believe it either. We were admittedly way too into fart jokes when we shouldn't have been, but now look at him - a straight up dad. A good one too, surprisingly. Eh, it's all good. Things happen, you know? When you know it isn't right, you just know.

Nick: Well now I can't have you dying on me anytime soon. No only would I miss you too much, but I have two other brothers that would as well.

Demi: All boys are grossly into fart jokes for some reason. But I even remember you guys hysterically laughing over some when we were on tour together. I'm happy for him though! Yeah, I know what you mean. I was just lucky enough that I listened to my gut and didn't marry my crazy ex-fiance. Because that would have been a fucking nightmare.

Nick: It's been way too long. Hell, Joe has a full on baby now. And I have... a divorce, I guess. Life has a funny way of working out, I guess.

Nick: He's the sweetest dog and will absolutely love you. He loves and jumps on everyone as soon as they walk through the door, doesn't matter who they are or how long he's known you.

Demi: I literally can't believe that Joe is a father now. That's just insane to me and it makes me feel like we're so old now. I really am sorry that things didn't work out in your marriage.

Nick: I'm definitely on board with that assuming you're okay with it. A lot has happened between now and then, and I think maybe it's time we all move on from it.

Nick: Since I have absolutely nothing going on, Sunday is perfect. You'll have the pleasure of meeting the very eager Gino, he's heard a lot about you.

Demi: I agree. Plus, I really do miss you and it would be amazing to see you again. Especially since it's been a while.

Nick: I'm happy that you've found that. Really, I am. And despite all the things that went down between us, I'm here for you through everything and I'm sorry the way things went down in the past.

Nick: Anytime, really. I've got a free long weekend, so whenever you wanna meet up, I'm here.

Demi: Thank you, Nick. That means a lot to me coming from you. Maybe we can just try to put the past behind us then? Start a new chapter maybe?

Nick: And like I said, you seem like you're in a really great place. You can see it on your face that you're so much happier than you were a while back. It's just so great to see.

Nick: Oh yeah? I guess this just means we'll have to make some plans to meet up then, huh?

Demi: I really am. For the first time in my life, I feel like I can be my true, authentic self. So I'm just living my best life.

Nick: Yeah, I've seen that too. I'm really happy for you and proud of everything you've been doing. The documentary, the album, all of it is incredible.

Nick: Keeping busy. I was in New York with a friend for a couple of weeks, but I came back to host the BBMA's. Now I'm just relaxing for a bit.

Demi: Thank you! It's something I'm incredibly proud of to have out out into the world. It's definitely the most vulnerable piece of work I've ever done.

Nick: I didn't know if you'd want to hear from me but I thought I'd reach out.

Nick: I've been good. How about yourself? How are things going for you?

Nick: I'm sure you're the last person you want to hear from anymore, but I just thought I would reach out and let you know how proud of you I am. It took a lot of bravery to do what you did and I'm happy you've found your peace.

Ariana: I'm always on your side, in your corner, in your court, and all of the other cliches we could name off. Really, truly, you did that song much better than I would have on my own and I adore you so it was easy to just hand it over to you. I trusted you with it and you definitely did not disappoint. We can agree to disagree on that. But you! You!!! You are a powerhouse of a lady and I'm so fucking obsessed with you. Please, marry me already. Let's skip the friend-zone and go right into marriage.

Timmy: We were meeting up for lunch because we're friends and friends can do that. We went for a walk after, because again, that's a thing that friends can do, and I was giving her a hug before we went our separate ways and she kissed me without telling me she was going to do it, and of course that's when they got a picture of it. You have to believe me.

Demi: I wish I could just believe you.

Demi: But you have to remember that I'm the girl who broke off an engagement with a guy who ended up having some kind of super obsession with my ex best friend.

Ariana: Hiii, beautiful! I love you so so much and I'm so proud of you and all of your recent accomplishments. The documentary has me sobbing, your vocals have me shaking, it's been an ugly mess over here. It was an honor to be a part of it, babe.
