Don’t live in the illusion that I wasn’t afraid

Ik kom hier weer terecht als het slecht gaat en ik niet in contact kom met mezelf en met anderen. En ik haat het en mezelf.

Vragen over mijzelf pijn doen, non-verbaal alleen maar kunnen laten zien dat ik boos op mezelf ben. De sessie liep uit, voor mij, zodat hij nog een risicotaxatie (zo noem je dat toch) kan doen. Zodat ik met een kleine glimlach weer wegging. Die op de fiets meteen verdween.
