Sunlight and Moonlight, in perfect quantum harmony...

So yesterday i got the call about going back to work ...I have to admit that part of me is relieved, but the other part of me is dreading it. I have many people telling me "you'll be fine" and "your place of work will have the right safety procedures in place"...it's easy for them to say that but for someone who has a bit of anxiety, it's not helping!

Don't get me wrong, I feel ever so lucky to still have my job after such a worrying few months, but seeing the amount of idiots not respecting social distancing, ignoring any 2 meter rules and basically doing what they want - that's what I'm worried about the most, dealing with those who think there is no virus. And what's more worrying, is seeing pictures on the news of a beach here in the UK full of people not distancing from one another...

But anyway, there's not much I can do about it, as long as I try to protect myself and others in my family...I just pray that there won't be a second wave...

And in a funny way I'll miss the different routine I had created, not having to worry about getting up early and going to work. But this lockdown has reintroduced me to things that I had forgotten about and made me fall in love all over again with....but I'll definitely miss having the free time to draw to my heart's content...

So that's partly why I've not been as active these past couple of weeks, my old routine is slowly coming back and I now find I don't have as much time as I did which is really odd to think about. But I want to thank those who have interacted with me, given me such love and warmth towards my art, you're all amazing, wonderful, unique and special people - don't ever let anyone tell you overwise!

I just want to say...that over the months I have come to regard you as people...I met.
