do you understand how many fat people don't use needed mobility aids because of the violence they would face for existing in public, and become essentially housebound? how many people lose limbs and organs because doctors tell them to lose weight rather than running the tests they would run on a thin person? how many die of medical neglect? how many people are violently restrained or literally killed because their fat bodies are seen as a threat during meltdowns or mental health crises? the intersection of fatness and disability is literally deadly. thin people face ableism, yes, but your experiences of disability are far from universal

not every person who can carry or bear a child identifies as female. use your brain. referring to everyone as female is not inclusive. it is alienating and outdated. we are past the binary of only male or female existing. forcing everyone who can get pregnant to carry and birth their child, for example, can impact trans people who do not identify as female. that is still misogyny poisoning the lives of others. there isn't anything wrong with being female and identifying as such, but female is not the inclusive term you believe it is. now get off my post.

i need thin disabled people, especially white, thin disabled people, to understand that "people think i'm faking because i'm thin and pretty and young" doesn't negate the fact that fat people are not only assumed to be faking, but are assumed to have brought our (faked) disabilities on ourselves, due to our "laziness" as evidenced by our fatness. i.e. people thinking you're faking isn't unique to being thin/pretty, it's probably the only universal disability experience, and disabled fat people, especially disabled fat people of color, deal with just as much, if not more, fake claiming as you do.

That one time my substitute doctor said my lack of appetite was a good thing and not a symptom of anything when I was literally WASTING AWAY ON ONE PACK OF TACOBELL CHIPS A DAY. Turns out I had massive stomach ulcers.
