So there was another link to join as a client? I read his linktree and it said something like "contact here for 1:1 coaching", I thought that was how it worked.
I think the thing that intrigues me is his philosophy of sorts where he focuses on effectiveness. Most fitness trainers usually go for what makes their client look good aesthetically or just a target weight number but he mainly focuses on can his client be more effective like their range of motion or being more "explosive".
So, if I remember correctly, please, if anyone has more information, do reblog and correct me. He had a thing where he would give out free workout informational stuff. There are probably things he found online, but I wanted to see if it would help in any way. When I filled out my information, it went bye-bye. 😂 Now I just read his book. It worked in making me not pick protein bars, though! I think the 1:1 is like you pay which if you do it please report back!
I like that, too. He is a wealth of knowledge. I hope he starts posting more fitness things soon, even if they are reblogs on his story.
