"JUST"? A CASHIER!
I am not "just" a cashier! I am the watcher of the front. The first line of defence. I am a guard and a secretary. I am a pool of knowledge. I am a map and a catalogue. I am the trader of goods and information. I am a timetable and the sorter of money. I am a representation of my company and a displayer products. I am price machine and operator of tags. Don't you dare look down your nose at me. I am not "just" of anything and I'll have you remember that. I am needed. I am valued. I am earning my money. Think again next time you say someone is "just" a cashier!

Actual Tip 1: The difference between a report and an essay.
Okay so in high school there's not much difference to be honest. The difference really relies on your teachers and their preferences. In university, however, there is a huge difference between a report and an essay and not knowing the difference could mean not achieving that high distinction you want. Here's the short of it. A report is technical; An essay is creative. That may seem far fetched and a bit wrong to those who attend university but that's basically it. A report is a summary of a mass of collected data. This means that nothing you say is original and everything and every sentence must be backed up, cited and referenced. For a report, you collect data from various sources and collate it within one document to support all the facts. A report will almost always have two sides to it, pros and cons, and will probably be dry reading. An essay, however, leaves more opportunity to be creative with how it is presented. An essay is an argument and thus will present one view over another. Essays tend to have more bias in them and not every sentence is required to be cited (citation and referencing do still apply though). You are trying to convince a reader of your point of view. An essay needs to have charisma and a 'voice'. It needs to be persuasive. Where an report deals with all the facts and includes both sides, an essay may be selective with the detail and facts it provides. You are trying to sell an idea or viewpoint in an essay. You still need to back up your claims with sources and reference intermittently. To sum up, reports are boring, dry and full of facts all cited and referenced and essays are fun, full of character and carefully selected facts that are cited and referenced. Hope this helps!

What happened? Why did you end it?
This post just illustrates how much shit John has gone through since meeting Sherlock.
one of my least favorite things ever is when people call finn a coward. like, what part of overcoming toxic grooming and breaking (not just himself, but someone he’d never met before) out of a horrible system is cowardly? sure, he runs away from danger, but so does literally everyone else in the movie, and for finn it’s because he knows how horrific the first order is. what part of living to fight another day is cowardly? fandom always points to finn’s flaws and moments of weakness (and he does have them, of course, because he’s a well rounded character), and somehow also finds some way to justify kylo ren slaughtering innocent people, and we all know why.
sure, finn had moments of weakness, but the fact that he’s able to go back into the belly of the beast, starkiller base, the fact that he’s willing to fight one of the most powerful force users in the galaxy with a weapon he’s untrained in, that he is ready in less than a second to help both poe and rey when he first meets them, that he’s able to overcome his fears, in short, makes him such a compelling hero.
Damn straight!
My anxiety can be measured in levels of my room's cleanliness. Stage 1 (calm) - partially messy but not really. Bed may or may not be made but the floor can be seen and most things are where they belong. Stage 2 (getting anxious) - getting messier. Clothes may be found near the wardrobe rather than in it. Stuff is on the floor but not covering it. Bed is definitely not made. Stage 3 (super anxious and flighty) - looks like a bomb hit it. Books and clothes everywhere. The floor has disappeared. Bed is barely usable as it's covered in books and bags. Stage 4 (in a complete an utter panic) - room is spotless. Not a spectator of dust. Everything is where it belongs and bed is made.

You know that scene in the Pandorica Opens where Rory appears and The Doctor just starts talking to him as if he’s always been there? Well I have a theory that The Doctor hadn’t actually accepted his death in the first place and was in denial. Like Any would find him spouting off theories to air in the TARDIS and ask who he was talking to and he’d just look at something only he could see and reply “No one”. Like the whole time Rory was gone, The Doctor never accepted he was and imagined him everywhere. So when The Doctor was going on about something he was missing which was right in front of his face, he didn’t mean that Rory was there. He meant that Rory talked back. Because in all his hallucinations Rory just followed him around or nodded along and that was The Doctor’s subconscious telling him that Rory wasn’t real.
"Long before Peggy Carter had ever established S.H.I.E.L.D there had been another man fighting the war against H.Y.D.R.A, not that he had ever known it..." Indiana Jones theme plays.
