Some surface-level investigation has revealed the audio to be from the video game Doki Doki Literature Club, which I know nothing about.

But the match-up with Adrien and Marinette is on point. As I've said, Adrien could literally be run over by a truck and the camera's focus would be on how hard it is for Marinette to see that. I still think about that diabolical sentence I've read where a Marinette fan mourns how torturous it must be for her to watch the boy she loves suffer through being an orphan, and: ??? What?
