I also don't like when fans act entitled but I'm pretty sure that whole birthday discourse started cause someone politely asked Astruc about Marinette and Adrien's ages and he was rude to the person which led to the fandom getting mad at him. It doesn't seem like a black and white situation to me.

Yeah astruc was def probably just being an ass in this situation from what i can tell. It seems like he really overreacts to a lot of well intentioned people but i also dont pay a lot of attention to it to know. Idk it seems like in the amount of time he spends responding to hate mail he could be responding to actual questions and fans 💀
