Okay, this is just partially about Tim because this man admitting he pays for a subscription to a fan podcast is insane, but can creators get out of fan spaces. Like, legitimately, if you're this invested in seeing what fans are saying, and you're dissing fan behaviors, you're actually discouraging people who actually care, and platforming people who will do anything for a notice, and then the fun from the fandom goes down the fucking drain.

Trying to have fun with 911 lately has been a battle of this is stupid, this could be awesome, this could be worse. I'm over here giving myself whiplash like, colors. But Eddie got stabbed for nothing. Buddie second child could be good. But Buck somehow got a child in 30 seconds and that sends a weird message. Nothing pays off anymore. But nurse May has always been the set up. The stakes in everything feel weird. Shirtless bleeding Eddie. Can a plot have lasting consequences. At least we are not in the timeline where Eddie is a cop.

I just have one thing to say: I would much rather this be either a kid Buck has to give back or a kid that Buck didn't know he had. The sperm donor plot fully revolved around the fact that the kid was not Buck's and it sends a very weird message to just allow him to get him. Especially in the DNA doesn't mean family show. There are ways to make this plot work, I don't think they'll do it, though.

Like, henren and Denny and Mara, Chim and the Lee's, Bobby and Buck, Bobby and May and Harry, Buck and Chris. To give Buck the sperm donor baby goes against everything about this show. To say Buck has the right to this baby just because of DNA after 912 and Buck's father admitting he wasn't Buck's dad, or even 907 and the dude baby trapping himself, or May saying she's the daughter of a firefighter is weird.

I know bridgerton is a story that solved racism with the power of love and Benedict being bi is just something he is, but them announcing the franchella seasons is going to be about queer love not queer trauma made me emotional. They're just gonna be 2 women in love. I might cry.

And this is bridgerton, so there will be yearning, and crazy tension, and it will also be hot as fuck. It's a love story like the rest of the seasons. And it's gonna be cute, and emotional at times, and Fran's books has the craziest sex scenes. Hell to the fucking yeah. Thank you, Shonda Rhimes.

It's a pain in the ass, but it's my pain in the ass!

Sometimes I think about fox blocking Buck coming out in S4 and think about the insanity that S4-6 could be with Buck begins leading to Buck coming out, then Eddie getting with Ana in a panic about it. And Buck denying he's in love with Eddie along with it. And then the talk with Carla about Eddie following his own heart leading to a parallel feeling realization with the shooting. And the will reveal actually being an aborted love confession to set up Eddie PTSD arc, leading to his queer arc and some mutual pining, and them getting together after the lightning, with Buck dying reminding them both of the shooting. It could've been everything. And they wouldn't even need to change a lot on what actually happened. Ugh.

Also, it's actually kinda impressive that more people don't end up obsessed with Eddie. If that man rescued me, I'd be dreaming about him every night for the rest of my life. I would be the crazy victim showing up at the firehouse with brownies just to see him again. Like, for real, have you seen him in action?? How are people not falling for him left and right?

I'm just saying, Buck saying crazy things to get Eddie to the club and Eddie indulging him even though he knows Buck will not let him get laid, due to the implication that Buck is constantly cockblocking him, does not count as sub or dom confirmation for any of them. If anything it just proves their rituals are intricate and Eddie gets off on Buck's brand of crazy.

Like, Eddie gets his satisfaction on knowing Buck will always come back to him with his tail between his legs and Buck gets off on knowing Eddie is waiting for him.

Buck accidentally ending up a unicorn just reinforces the way that Buck being written initially with the love interest archetype in mind, since he served a purpose for Abby, creates a narrative necessity for Buck's endgame to love him before things get physical, because most people we see Buck with seem to only be interested in sex, and Buck himself has trouble realizing sex isn't the point and it all leads back to "I don't have to want to sleep with everyone I have feelings for" and the way he doesn't realize his own feelings because what he wants from Eddie isn't sex, and he things the sex is what makes the relationship and the rest will magically come with it, instead of realizing it's better if the love comes before the sex: in this essay I will...
