I love you—that’s why I’ve been giving my all. I try to do everything I can, but no matter how much I give, it feels like it’s never enough in your eyes. I’m exhausted. Tired of trying so hard, only to still be told I’m wrong.
What hurts me most isn’t just the misunderstandings. it’s the way you treat me when we don’t see eye to eye. The yelling, the cursing, the disrespect…it breaks me. I never thought I’d feel so small in the presence of someone I love so deeply. I wanted a partner, someone to lean on, someone who would make me feel safe and valued. But instead, I feel like I’m constantly on guard, afraid of saying or doing the wrong thing.
I know I have lapses too. I’m not perfect. I make mistakes, and I can be difficult at times. But even with my flaws, I don’t deserve to be treated as if my feelings don’t matter. I don’t deserve to be shouted at or made to feel worthless.
I want to be understood, not belittled. I want respect, not harsh words. I want a love that builds me up, not one that tears me down.
This isn’t about giving up. It’s about making you see me, really see me. I’m asking for compassion, patience, and respect. For us to talk, not yell. For us to solve, not destroy. For us to choose love even when it’s hard.
Because deep down, I still believe in us. But belief alone won’t keep us together. It should be effort, respect, and kindness will. I’ve been carrying the weight of this on my shoulders, and I need you to carry it with me.
I want to be your partner in the truest sense not just someone standing beside you, but someone you value, respect, and love wholeheartedly.t
The question is…are you willing to meet me halfway?
