Dreadful, dreadful

 I create music videos, write books, write fanfic, experiment metaphysically, and build costumes.

I was instructed (warned, rather) to stop working on the convention booth build and instead focus on fun and recovery. At the time I had been thoroughly annoyed with these messages as I did not want to rest and I wanted to keep working. Being on the other end of this week, however, I understand why they were telling me to do so. I ended up having multiple energy based experiences, one of which was leading a grand ritual that ended up heavily (positively) affecting me. I had to follow up with a spirit I had petitioned to over the entire course of May. I had filming to do (which in itself held metaphysical experimentation and thus took separate energy to conjure). That filming led to the video being done which required editing and properly listing. And in addition, I bizarrely had several friends all have separate tumultuous events that required listening to and comforting, sometimes leading to conversations that lasted several hours at a time.

I am, in a word, exhausted.

I don't even want to work on the booth which is very unlike me. I'm so spent that all I want to do is focus on fun activities that will "fill my well". I need intake, not outtake. Which is funny timing (naturally) because I've been getting signs from Elizabeth. I had promised her to go on a horseback trail ride with her once the booth was done. And while it's not technically 100% done, it's close enough. Her demands to fulfill my promise comes at a good time. It would be good to have an Elizabeth-focused day and just spend time through her enjoying horses, artistic crafts, and, of course, ice cream (so speaketh the Queen).

I'm glad the spirit's message from last week did not come from a place of believing I was working too hard. I'm tired of hearing that. I like to work. This time the message had been born from knowing what was coming in the future and understanding that I'd need extra energy for it.
