i actually think he realized it a lot sooner + just repressed that shit cause of Jade + he didnt know if it was reciprocated till s3! i think Nic started to fall in love with him during s2 filming but didnt process even start to acknowledge it till s3 filming and i think the press tour just strengthened their love and showed her its not just Colin, he genuinely adores her!!!

i just made that post cause before the press tour/we got them talking about their first meeting the general census was Nic fell first (i always thought Luke did deep down but i was unsure cause of Jade + we didnt have all this info we got on the press tour!!!) so now i feel really validated my instincts were right lol
