What if mr king was originally a human in kpb (and by that I mean having human remains inside of him?)
I’ve always imagined a possible concept or theory of mr king being created with remains or maybe the soul of a close friend professor k had when he was a human, like what a human mr king? (Like what an au or fanfic) Professor k back when he was human possibly didn’t have a lot of friends besides professor daninsky, eventually he reunites with a childhood best friend he hasn’t met in years named Ryan king (closest name to king), and of course why wouldn’t he be friends with them.
Ryan and kornelius (professor Ks human name) were close partners and both wanted 2 things, power and fortune, however the world wasn’t very kind of them and if kornelius suffered, Ryan was there to at least aid him with some courage, Ryan had a prosthetic arm on his left arm after an incident from when he was young thus scarring him, apparently the only one who was there for him and didn’t bully him for having the prosthetic arm was kornelius. Eventually the two came up with a plan to create a powerful energy to use for their own gain, but at that time it was only a prototype in concept, the two learnt about the possible things that they could do with this energy source and how they can use it. The problem is, their being watched constantly by the others such as scientists or the fbi, Ryan agreed to steal materials from places to help with korneliuses projects, since ryan was more stronger and threatening he always had the upper hand.
However the more they continued the more the government grew suspicious and eventually ordered an investigation, threatening to take away korneliuses position, Ryan was NOT happy with this as he knew if kornelius was stripped of his power, he too will be stripped of his power. They were threatened that if they continued on the government will take serious action, kornelius didn’t want his dream to be crushed, so Ryan promised him that nothing will happen and if something did, he’ll bash them with his prosthetic arm. But then, something tragic happened, one night, Ryan was collecting a secret blueprint for kornelius, when he was chased down by government soldiers, eventually tho, he ended up in an accident, costing his own life. Kornelius was heartbroken by this, losing the only best friend he’s ever had and worked with on this project, so to cope, he took a piece of Ryan’s belonging, a piece of his arm and a piece of his heart and crafted it into a cog styled heart, it wasn’t enough tho as even if it reminded him of Ryan, it still caused him grieve over him.
After the events of professor k and enigma becoming Superthings, professor k somehow STILL remembered Ryan, when making mr king, he wanted to still feel the presence of Ryan, and so, placed in the crafted heart when in the process of creating mr king. Once the process was done, professor k didn’t know a part of Ryan’s soul was inside mr king, it didn’t look like on the outside but something happened, two consciousnesses were formed, one was mr king and the other was Ryan’s soul, apparently the soul split into two consciousnesses, one was dormant the other one was active yet oblivious to the memories of Ryan, the dormant side held all of Ryan’s memories of kornelius for when he was a human, the active side did hold some of Ryan’s personality such as some of his care for professor k.
Professor k doesn’t know this, he believes a part of Ryan is in mr king, he feels as tho mr king is a part of Ryan, or at least a part of his soul, the problem was he was oblivious to the fact the body of mr king is almost like a vessel to Ryan’s soul, his dormant side is unable to fully communicate with kornelius because of his second consciousness, when it feels active mr king feels as if someone else is in his head, like an alter ego that he is unfamiliar with, yet overtime the dormant soul of Ryan eventually begins to reawaken in a vessel that is not his.
