The Rescue Force has formed because instead of Neon Blast/Kazoom Blast turning them into Kazoom Kids, it was Emperorder who had bestowed the power of the Kazoom Kids onto them (Without them realizing he did it at first).
As one of his titles suggests, not only are his two other forms (that you've seen) are owl-like, but regardless of what form he takes, he can turn his head up to 270 degrees.
In his "confined" form, the white parts of his body (excluding the boots) and his emblem on his chest are basically feathers, which means most of his body in his normal form is very fluffy.
Surprisingly, he's very warm to the touch.
He wasn't actually confined, as unlike Moonarchaos, who's true godly powers are basically sealed away, Emperorder uses his "confined" form to communicate to mortal thingkind better.
He uses his (metaphorical) mask of kindly perfection as a way to hide the sorrows that had happened to him away from all others.
He calls those who follow him his 'Children of Light'.

It is said that he caused the Absolute Eclipse out of jealousy that his brother was praised, when in actuality, he caused the Absolute Eclipse because he realized the world he and his brother tried to maintain was a fake one, and tried to convince his brother to leave it and live in the real world.

He was the First Overlord, and most likely the only Overlord who is immortal.
The Chaos Crashers has formed because instead of Neon Blast/Kazoom Blast turning them into Kazoom Kids, it was Moonarchaos who tricked the three into joining him so they would be his pawns (and they didn't even realize it yet).
In his confined form, only his arms, legs, and tail felt like snake scales.
He and Mr. King absolutely hated each other. Moonarchaos not only hated Mr. King because of the "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE" mindset, but he also ragebaits Mr. King a lot.
