The cat ears wouldn’t be such a bad thing if they didn’t come with cat hearing. I’m not getting any sleep tonight. 

You seem distressed. What is it that you’re hearing? I can offer you a bed, if you’d like. No excess noise, guaranteed. 

Well okay. I don’t mind going out either. I’ll get the bill next time. Do you want to meet at my shop and we can head somewhere from there?

Next time, hmm? We haven’t even gotten through our first date, and already you’re planning a second. I must be doing something right. I’m teasing. That sounds excellent, I’ll head over now. We’ll have a gorgeous night out, I’ll make sure of it. 

I’m not doing anything, and I can cook if you’re still looking for a home-cooked meal. What a pair, huh? 

That’s a sweet offer, but I wouldn’t want to put you out. I don’t mind paying for dinner, and the company would do me some good. It seems like you’ve had somewhat of a tough week. I won’t say no if you really want to cook, but going out is just as viable of an option on my end. I’ll leave the decision up to you, but if you do want to go out you’re welcome to pick the place. 

I can call my mom, I bet she’d know. Having an interior decorator on hand is pretty important when you live in a castle.

Seriously? You’re a life saver! I’m always pretty hesitant when it comes to these things. The last person I hired and trusted screwed my poor baby up royally, but I’m not sure I can quite bring my own vision to life the way I’d want to. So, thanks again. What can I do to repay you?

I can go out in daylight… if I’m wearing all black, covering all of my skin, and carrying a black umbrella to cover my head. I’d just rather not. The night is quieter, the loud things are hiding in the shadows then. At night time, the city really comes alive under the guise of sleeping. If you’d rather be working, I’m sure you can find something to do. Bold? I don’t think so. It’s night time. I own a bar that I spend practically all of my time at. Bars open at night, especially an undead bar.

I’m aware, but you still see the same time of day differently than I do. You’re gearing up, while I’m winding down. Though, I can see why the dark would be your personal preference. The sun is far too overbearing sometimes. It’s interesting you say that. Your perspectives are unique, but I wouldn’t have expected less. I probably could, but the boss says that’s for tomorrow, so I’ll leave it be. Even so, your exact and precise location can’t be pinpointed. See? Still bold. It’s a shame you haven’t been implanted, really. I’d heard whispers of a traveler selling fascinating wares like that. It would’ve been an exciting thing. speaking with someone who’d taken that kind of leap. Are you well, Gabriel?

The sun is finally going down, not that it matters much when you’re inside and well… you all know where you can find me. 

It has always struck me as funny, how differently people view the same occurrences. For you, the sun going down is a time to come alive. Puns aside, for me it signifies the end of a day. A sad thing, really. I’d rather be working. Bold of you to assume we’d all know where to find you. Have you had some sort of tracking device instilled?
