If I had to make a top 10 sexiest dragon quest characters list, claymore from swords would be at number one but like begrudgingly so. Like I wouldn’t like it at all but it’s an objective truth that he IN MY OPINION has the most sexiest design in the series. And I don’t mean that remotely in a good way like I had such a grudge against him when I was 9 I’d try and fast forward through all the bits when he was on screen doing himbo things in his inexplicable welsh accent and very tight pants because I thought he was scary and wanted him DEAD

It’s like with such anger that I say this every time like I’m nearly certain I make this precise post every year but he’s designed with such, like, tenderness? I literally don’t know who this is supposed to appease, like, girls? Do girls play this game? Are there girls out there? I don’t even know why this guy makes me so mad I think it’s a wound I’m nursing from being a leetle girl having fun on my Nintendo Wii only to have my video game dad make an open sex reference in public and like just be like that. If I had a dad who was like this I literally don’t know what I’d do. He’s not even that fanservicey I don’t know why this is sticking with me so much like other dragon quest dads have been and continue to be much worse but there’s something about this guy that makes me go blind with rage
