The movie seems to hint that her past is going to be revealed some day....but just not in this movie.

Peach even says that she doesn't even know where she came from, and then Mario chimes in with

"Maybe you're from my world!"

And then Peach replies "There's a whole universe out there...."

Which seems to imply that Peach is actually from another world entirely, and might be hinting at how they are going to handle other locations from the Mario games.

Honestly, this just makes me confused over how they are going to handle the other human Mario characters.

How are they going to explain Rosalina's origins? Are Wario and Waluigi from Brooklyn too? And most importantly...

What does this mean for Daisy? Who, may I remind, is also a princess. With her own kingdom.

In the Job’s episode, Duck is the only one out of the people at the work place, as well as Red Guy, to actually be panicked about Yellow being in pain. His immediate instinct is to grab the first aid box. It happens again in the Friendship episode. He goes through the trouble of picking his gauging tools and carefully weeding out Warren in a way that doesn’t harm Yellow Guy at all.

You could even argue that him swapping out Electracey’s batteries with Yellow’s is a form of first aid.

Luigi: "Destiny Del Vocchio from high school?"

Mario: "What? No!"
