“Hmm,true buty just imagine the snow. It’d be snowy at home so I sing about snow.”Dot said,shrugging a little.”Oh my,I’m pretty sure there aren’t. Wow,way to leave out the warm areas Christmas music.”

“I want a real one. I always feel so bad having them cut it down though. Christmas is the only time I’ll make an exception and have a cut down plant in my room rather than a potted one. I just couldn’t go for a fake one, they don’t feel as festive. And I love the scent of pine needles.”

“Me too! I love the natural smell that comes from a cut one,I reminds me of the forest just before hibernation. Plus way more unique then a fake one,you won’t have one be just like the other.”

“Rather, I feared that they would not let students in, not that they would let students in without proper housing. This would be detrimental to the school’s reputation.”

‘Very true but they’re pretty quick with fixing things around here so I’m sure it wasn’t that big of a interruption. I’m glade I wasn’t here though.”

“Well the cafe would be my best bet! They even have the cutest homemade candy canes.”

“You’ve still got 21 days to get into the Christmas spirit. Thanksgiving is barely over.”

`I don`t really celebrate American Thanksgiving so that`s like a no issue but I am super excited for Christmas.`

“I don’t blame you. My little bro loves the holidays, and the minute Thanksgiving was over he started playing Christmas music. I now perpetually have Jingle Bells stuck in my head.”

`Oh that`s cool,I`m sure he`s a cool dude. My sisters try convince me that pink belongs on a Christmas tree.`Dot giggled lightly.`Well there`s worse songs to have an earworm too. My latest one was the 12 days of Christmas which was so repetitive cause I forgot after six.`

“Eh, you’ve still got time. At least you’re not like the stores that start deckin’ the halls in October.”

“True...I really held off this year cause last year I put my stuff up to early and I got sick of red.`

“I hope so, it wouldn’t look very appealing if they haven’t.”

“I’d be kind of irresponsible to let students in if it was still all wrecked as well so I’m sure they worked on it quickly.”

“Milk hot chocolate though, not water.”

“Ooh for sure! With whip cream to add to the yumminess.”

“The grinch has nothing on me,” she gave a smile, a bit too sweet to be genuine, before continuing, “Tongues don’t work like that. You lose it, its gone– and I’m sure it would be classed as a real shame, if you weren’t able to torture the rest of the student population with your awful renditions of cheery carols.”

“Then maybe you should take over for him,I’m sure he’d love a break.”Dot said,upping her voice so it sounds even more sweeter.”Oh well I’m sure it’s all the same with you unhealing people but I still can heal minor things like a missing tongue.”She said,crinkling her nose at the ending words.”I’ll have you know,your the first to take such offense to cheery carols.”

“Pssh,technicalities. It looks Christmassy so it is Christmas,thems the rules.”

“I love a nice fire on a snowy day, honestly. It’s basic, but it’s comforting.”

“Me too! I’ll even take being by the fire while it’s raining. Though it’s not totally basic if you don’t have hot chocolate.”

“We’re starting this already?” Piper mumbled, frowning. “It doesn’t even snow in California.”
