I’ve been loving Crush60, but lately I’ve been feeling unmotivated. Today, I got to the gym, noticed it was filled with all sorts of people who make my gym experience awful, and left before doing anything. I haven’t been unmotivated - I hate the environment I workout in.
Which leads me to why I bought GO! I love all of the workouts I’ve done with Crush so far and I want to keep it going. I need something I can do anywhere because I won’t be signing up for a new gym until I move in September. Also, I literally love everything about the @crushfit community. I might figure out better times to go to the gym where it’s less crowded, I don’t hate everyone, or I can be productive, but right now I literally just need to get up and go (hehe see what I did there?!).
Watch out, @aubernutter. I’m on my way outside right now to get up and GO!
This is the same reason why I love go. I have been around the block a few times with Fitness and I regularly do these kinds of workouts when I need a change of pace.
Even at our world workshop events we did workouts from GO! These types of workouts are great for so many reasons. Not just beginner friendly but friendly for people who simply need VARIETY and a great change of pace with a killer workout.
