Like just take something like the monogatari series….araragi being the protagonist in the first three seasons was never something to be doubted yet all the other caracter of the Cast are equally or even more flesh out than him…..unless you have something to say by purposefully leaving caracter with uncompleted arcs(like how all the gems in houseki no kuni just disappeared without actually growing as persons or confronting theyre issues is used to hightlight phos journey and how they were able to break away from that destiny like this was a case were i think the worsening of the other caracter was worth it and made made the story better not worse)i Will absolutly think that you either dont know how to develop the caracters, or simply didnt have to time to do it(which doesnt seem to be gooseworks case because she said she could ter all the eps she wanted from glitch)…..all that being said the first tadcs episodes were great and kinda misleading exactly because it seemed goosework was going on the direction of fleshing caracter and bringing humanity to those archetypes only to them after the jax episode being like”Okay now jax(and maybe caine)is the only one who deserves an arc and Spotlight focous”and to me it just looks like she didnt know how to develop her caracter(except jax)in any way after they received a little attention in theyre focoused episodes….that being said i have yet to Watch the finale so i dont know if she Will be able to solve this problem but considering its ONE episode i doubt it….seriously saying that you have a main caracter is not a excuse to leave all youre other caracter without any development, arc, caracterization or really anything….

Tarco is literally two kids experimenting straight romance only to end up with more serious relationships to theyre same gender “friends”and theyre loyalty for those same “friends”making them go to different sides in a conflic and thats never gonna not be iconic to me

And in a distant future they both alternate between being in the fire Castle with zuko and being in southern water tribe helping it reconstruction….imagine the HORRORS in the face of the conservative assholes in the fire empire seeing theyre king date TWO PEOPLE of the water tribe and zuko shutting them up because he is king he can do whatever the fuck he wants….all of this while suki is obviously dating sokka aswell só thats to say everyone in gaang in a complex polycute while aang and toph are obviously heartbroken(like what do you Mean zuko got both of our crushes???)only for them to fall in love with each other and complete the gaang love complex….all that to say that people who act like one or the other are boring and should expand theyre fandom brain mode and come with me to the polyship side
