One of my pictures I did in July 2015 for the agency KEYSTONE has been published in the Swiss Press Photo 16 yearbook. It's a picture of moutaineers on the summit celebrating the 150th anniversary of it's first ascent. I shot this out of a helicopter.

This picture with Reto Kestenholz, a professional Swiss snowboarder, has just been published on a full page in Whiteout snowboard magazine. I’ve shot this backside 540 melon of him last winter season in front of Matterhorn mountain, Zermatt.

Today I photographed the final at the Swiss Indoors in Basel. It was a very entertaining match of Roger Federer against Rafael Nadal.

The last three days I joined a Swiss delegation to Ethiopia led by the Swiss Federal President, Simonetta Sommaruga. Their goal was to deepen and strengthen bilateral relationships between Switzerland and Ethiopia. An important topic where the migration politics. Ethiopia hosts the most refugees of all African countries. The visit included several official talks such as with the Ethiopian President and Prime Minister. Further President Sommaruga visited refugee camps and had a speech in front of the parliament. I’m deeply grateful to have had the chance to join this delegation as photographer representing my agency KEYSTONE. It was an incredible amazing experience, but also hectic and long working days.

Last Sunday I’ve got published a photo on the cover of the sports section of SonntagsZeitung (European Newspaper of the Year). Pictured is Valon Behrami, a football player of the Swiss national team, stepping up the stairs to the changing room whilst eating his shirt :)

Yesterday I photographed the US and Swiss Attorney General, Loretta Lynch and Michael Lauber during a media conference in the Renaissance tower hotel on the criminal proceedings against FIFA representatives. The media interest was huge. Over 100 journalists, TV stations and photographers where present. My pictures got published national and international. Here a tearsheet of Tagesanzeiger. This picture became also a picture of the day of my agency KEYSTONE.

Got my second cover picture on the Swiss commuter newspaper 20 minuten. It’s Gilles Yapi, player of the football club FC Zurich. He got heavily injured in the past during a football match and nobody believed in his comeback. Sunday he played for the first time again and even shot a goal. It’s a classical happy end story :)

Sunday I’ve got published another picture on the front page of the Swiss newspaper “Le Matin Dimanche” which is written in French. It’s a boring picture with a guy holding a billboard at a pro refugees demonstration at Helvetiaplatz in Zurich.

I’ve got published a couple of printed tearsheets in the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, NZZ as well as in the Tagesanzeiger and other national papers plus a bunch of online tearsheets. Above two shots in the NZZ.

This week I photographed Pete Doherty of The Libertines at Zurich Openair. It’s quite a small open air with a great line-up.

For a certain time this afternoon I had the online front-page cover on Blick.ch with a football pic of the match GCZ vs. SC Cham.

Recently I photographed a press conference with CC. Christian Constantin is president and owner of the football club FC Sion. Here a tearsheet of Le Temps.

Yesterday I photographed Selina Büchel in Bütschwil, or with other words: in the middle of nowhere. She still trains with her local team in the neighbor village where she grew up.

Recently I did an observed portrait of the Swiss Federal Council Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf in the Gornergrat Bahn railway up to Riffelberg in Zermatt. It has been published now on bluewin.ch.

A sequence I did during the Swiss Champs in Corvatsch has been chosen for the cover of Swiss-Ski federation’s annual report. To my knowledge it’s the first time ever that a freeskier has been chosen for the cover. The rider on this sequence is Till Matti.

Last week was crazy. I’ve got 24 printed tearsheets including a cover on the biggest Swiss commuter newspaper “20 minuten” and over 100 national and international online publications. This thanks the inauguration of the Hörnlihütte (mountain hut on the foot of Matterhorn mountain) including the illumination of Matterhorn and the ascent of this mountain another day last week by delegations of four different countries. Furthermore I was shooting a press conference with Christian Constantin, charismatic president of the football club FC Sion, the Montreux Jazz Festival and an airplane crash. All those events and thanks the great work of my agency’s editors at KEYSTONE, has led to those crazy numbers of tearsheets within one week.

Yesterday I was shooting for the last day of this year’s Montreux Jazz Festival: I was covering the concerts of George Benson, Caro Emerald and Aloe Blacc. Some pictures got published on Yahoo News.
