 Since I’m putting together a definite mannequin look, I am suddenly considering making a… mannequin stand.

 Those mannequins will just fall right over if you don’t stick a metal rod up inside them and fasten it to the floor!

 So, the easy/obvious classis is just pipe nipples and fittings, a floor flange and some sort of base.

 I wouldn’t recommend actually having any kind of rigid connection between any inserted toys or objects and the base, but the top could be outfitted with an oval base, to which varous toys could be affixed.  Then even if something catastrophic happens, there is no solid rigid metal object inside someone that might injure them.

 To enhance safety (no really!), the ankles and knees should be restrained at the very least.  We can add side arms to the vertical pipe at the correct heights to pick those up.  If the stand stops there and doesn’t extend above the crotch, then the whole thing can remain between the legs and so could be concealed within a hobble dress.
