この食べ方は台湾で売り子のおばちゃん（日本語達者）から聞いてやったことがある。おばちゃん曰く上質なドライマンゴーでやるとほとんど生マンゴーのようになるまで戻る。安いのはそれなり、だそうな。実際台湾土産で買ったドライマンゴーは売り文句通りとなった。おすすめ。
