I have a gorgeous, deep red glazed, handmade coffee mug that cracked. So now I keep it by the kitchen sink to keep my glasses in. This morning, I put it in the dishwasher because I'm cleaning the kitchen counters later. When I ran out to go grocery shopping earlier, I left a half full cup of coffee on the kitchen counter. In the same spot the "glasses cup" was. DO I EVEN NEED TO FINISH WHERE THIS IS GOING??
Best laid plans
I have a eleventy bajillion things to do before Monday, so this past Sunday I wrote a daily To-Do list. One task on the list for yesterday was to go through all my receipts, etc and do a P&L list for my meeting today with the accountant to do my biz taxes. UGH. I hate accounting. So I procrastinated. Read Tumblr. FB. Instagram. Everything but DO the work. NOT having it ready for today wasn't an option - even if I had to stay up all night. By 10AM, I finally started it. And worked until 2:30PM, until I finished. Then looked at the calendar. The appointment is TOMORROW. At least the work is done, but now all the chores I have scheduled for tomorrow have to shift over to today.
