I don't want a mug that looks like it belongs in a Victorian dollhouse. I want a mug that could survive being dropped down a flight of stairs and come back asking if I'm okay.

Give me those thick ceramic mugs. The ones with walls so chunky your coffee stays warm for an extra hour. The ones that weigh approximately as much as a newborn. The kind where wrapping both hands around it feels like you've just signed a peace treaty with the universe.

Thin mugs? No. I don't trust them. Every sip feels like I'm one accidental elbow away from drinking shattered porcelain.

A GOOD mug should have:

- A handle you can actually fit your fingers through.

- Enough weight that you could use it as a home defense weapon if necessary.

- Thick rims that somehow make coffee taste 14% cozier.

- The ability to hold an irresponsible amount of caffeine.

And don't even get me started on oversized diner mugs.

Those absolute tanks.

They've seen things. They've been through seventeen years of coffee refills, questionable life decisions, and someone's uncle telling the same driving a 2010 Honda story every morning, and they're STILL standing.

There is something deeply comforting about a mug that says, "Yeah. Sit down. You're gonna be here a while."

I don't just want coffee.

This was supposed to be looking kind of 3d, as if the creature was coming out of the drawing.

Yet now I'm not sure whether it worked or not lol, I hope it did.

This is a new oc, Yara! She is a sheep.

She definitely will have a different art style, but for now all I have is this.

Still figuring out lore, she has her own independent story of how she is stuck mending to the farm her father left her.

She doesn't want to, due to having a bad relationship with her past.

Made a new character. She is a sheep, she has bubble braids and is the daughter of a farmer. Now she is a enternal farmhand, and she takes care of the abandoned farm for her enternal life.

Her father wasn't the best, which led her to always have a grudge against farms.

Due to her faith/life she is bound to the farm she wanted to leave all those years ago.

This is a drawing I did to pass the time.

I'm really glad about how it turned out!

I'll finish a sketch and genuinely love it. I'm excited to turn it into a finished piece. Then somewhere during the digital process... I slowly start hating it. Every line looks wrong. Every color feels off. The drawing that made me excited suddenly becomes something I don't even want to look at.

It's not that I stop enjoying art—I just lose the connection I had with the piece. By the time it's finished, I sometimes can't even tell if it's actually bad or if I've just stared at it for so long that all I can see are flaws.

The worst part is how much it affects my mood. Something that started as fun ends up ruining my day, and I find myself questioning whether I can even draw at all.
